Date and sum and count criteria

    Hi Guys

I'm new here and very very inexperienced with access, more familiar with excel. I started a database on access to teach myself but got to where I am and can not go any furher can anybody please help me

I've actually used a template and changed it a bit, what I want is to enter a start date and end date - in order to enter dates that will show me the following information: The number of for example Navy shirts I have in stock and also how much did I make or loose between certain dates, so if I enter 1/01/2013 - 15/01/2013 somewhere somehow it must show me my transactions for that period so a record for slae of goods and purchases of goods and the amounts etc

I also see that when I for example do a sale it does not subtract it from my current stock ???? how do I fix that ?

I attached my file so pls have a look (Jeepers had to delete of records otherwise to big too upload) hope it helps though

    Pls help if you can
    Regards
    Peter
