    Date/Time Issue

    Hey guys,

In my database, I have to enter graduation dates (for eg: May-09). So I don't have specific dates. And access doesn't have a date/time format in which you could just enter the month and year.

So will I run into any trouble later on if I change the data type to "text" type? Thanks.

Why not just settle on a day of the month and use it (1st, 15th)? You can always just display the Month and the Year MM/YYYY and there is so much more you can do with a DateTime field rather than a Text field.
