Need query to history and results to calculate next test date

I need help with putting together a query to show the history and results of a device and to calculate the next test date. I also need a query for each device that is attached to an account. There may be more than one device to an account and I want to show the history for each device. I would like to have a form show this information by account. Can this be done?

Sounds like a better output vehicle would be a report. Use report Grouping & Sorting functionality. Maybe even need a subreport. Don't know your data so can't be more specific.
