getting a combobox value to populate a textbox

Hi guys,
brand new to access & have been given a task to create a task tracking DB.
Ive got a table called UserTable - in it, it has a username, forename & an email address


on the form ive created, i want the user to be able to select an email & the textboxes on the form to display both surname & forename respectively.
How can i do this?
