Updating adding records by using email

hi can anyone help with this issue.

i have a database too big to upload here at the moment, however i have a main data entry form that is based on more than one table, what i want to do is create an email form either as html or info point and have this form emailed out so that my colegues can then fill in thus on its return add records to the database.

is this possible or is there another way round it.

I would create the form in Excel and email that out rather than trying to duplicate your data entry form. The on the excel sheet you can set it up to look just like your form (if you really want to) but have a secondary sheet that looks like a row of data as you would find in a table and import directly from that secondary sheet. I believe you can do the harvesting of attachments from outlook objects and then cycle through the harvested objects to import your data.
