    Append query with update same field

    Hi,
    I'm interested how to make append query that will update the table when to update the same field.
    The example below
    Attached Thumbnails Attached Thumbnails append.png

    Don't understand. Append what table with what data from where? Why does table show 4 records and the query shows 3 of those 4 records?
