Why sometimes a Form will save under a new name after being FILTER, while other times

I had this issue before & may have posted. It’s very frustrating when sometimes a Form will save under a new name after being FILTER, while other times it DOES NOT work. I cannot figure out what the difference is; why I can filter a field (e.g. have ALL of the Records from “Williamstown, NJ”), save the new Form named, “Williamstown_NJ” & ONLY have the Records from, Williamstown_Nj”J

Could the fact that within the Form I have a few Combo Boxes; might that be the issue? I could set up queries based on the varies ‘Locations’ & then create Forms on each individual query, but that will be an awful lot of work creating the Combo Boxes for each Forms. Again, it really annoys me how sometimes I can filter a field in a Form & rename it with just returning the filtered Records. Any suggestions are surely welcome!

Why save a new form for each filter criteria? Why not one form and apply filter criteria as it is needed?

Good Question. My Form is Vehicles Info when the dealership gets a vehicle added to its lot. One of the fields on the form is the 'SalesRepID. Now, This Dealership has 4-different locations all having 5-SalesRep per Dealership. As of now I have my SalesRep in a Combo Box with the number of vehicles assigned & their location. Why I wanted separate forms per each location is so I can only pull down the SalesRep from that location. Might I be making any sense? What I would love to be able to do is to create some kind of sub combo box. Like when I choose a location (from a Combo Box) then in my SalesRepID combo box only those salesreps from that location are available to choose. I have no idea how to begin creating/setting that up.

Thank you for the links. Honestly, I couldn't follow & understand the steps. I'll just go with what I have. Setting up cascading Combo Boxes is beyond my conception. Thanks
