    Sub Forms work Differently?

I come with another question/issue regarding Forms. Right or wrong most of Forms/Sub Forms are displayed in Datasheet view for appearances/formatting purposes. Here’s the thing, sometimes when I add a sub form to a Form & I expand the sub form it shows me ALL of the Records under the designated field. Other times when I add a sub form to a Form & I expand the sub form it ONLY shows me 1-Record at a time with scroll bars. I can’t figure out what make the difference; might anyone understand what I’m saying & know?

    Thanks in advance!

Never set up forms like this so can only guess has something to do with Relationships. Want to provide db for analysis?
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.
