    splitting and linking question

    Hello,

I was asked to build a database for a small company. I have it completely done, except one thing. The client has asked me if it was possible to split and link the database allowing the sales people only to see 3 of the 4 forms, and nothing else. The forms are built to input new data. Is this even possible? Any help/suggestions/tips would be awesome.

    Thanks in advance

Sure, the db should be split anyway:

As to the sales people, your call whether to build a separate front end for them or use some sort of login method to restrict what they see.
