Relationship (small Question)

Hello, im totally new to Access. And I have a small question. I made 3 tables, added them to a relationship



Part of my assignment that i dont get is this part: "The assumption is that in each order a customer orders a single product, but both the customer and the product can appear many times (in different orders). Ordering a product a customer may pay a deposit."

how do i connect them?

What about when it says

"15 customers, at least 10 of whom should each buy one item"

What do i put in the criteria?

When what says that? Criteria for what? Give complete information if you want help.
