What do you mean by 'lost' - the names don't show in the intellisense popup tips?

When I initially set up the db I had the form with the field names. When I messed with it, the filed names were gone, i.e. "lost".
Still don't understand 'had the form with the field names'. Had them where?
Did the form's RecordSource property get wiped out?

I don't understand all this jargon, I used the "wizard" to create my db. If I look at the form in the Form Design view, it has all the field names but when I switch to Form View, the field names disappear from the form.
Does that make sense?
That is odd because even in Datasheet view the field names should still show.

Hi,
Here is the copy of the db. Hope this helps.
Jac
I'm getting a message that your zip file is corrupted.
Same here. The zip is corrupted, can't extract file.

Sorry but I cannot send the DB. I followed the instructions but it does not work apparently. I am using 7-ZIP. I cannot afford WinZip as I am on Social Security. I will try to fix it somehow. Thank you for your trouble.
Jac
I have 7-Zip and it did not recognize the file. You could save to Windows Compression zip archive. I do that so anyone can extract the file.

I simply deleted the old form and created a new one using Form Wizard. It worked! Thanks for your time.
Doh! Should have suggested rebuild. Weird behavior like that is usually result of corruption. Glad you figured it out.
