    Visual Basic Code Disappears

I have a database with multiple forms and reports and many pages of Event triggers. In Access-2003, and also after I converted the database to Access-2007, my users complained that the main menu was not functioning. When I checked, all of the Visual Basic Code was gone. The triggers in the Properties panel were still set, but the code behind the triggers was blank. Does anyone know how the code is being deleted?

Did not encounter this issue when I converted to 2007. If you want to provide the mdb for analysis, follow instructions at bottom of my post.
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.
