can a tab in acontrol tab contain a tab control?

i have a form in which there is a tab control. and i need that one tab of its to contain another new tab control that will show up only with that tab.

but i just cant get this thing done !!!

i tried to add a new tab control and then cut it and paste it in that tab, but it dosnt get pasted into that tab, it remains in the form.!

any idea to do this, or other alternatives for such situations?

The short answer to your question is: 'No.'

The longer answer is that you may place a subform on a tab control page and the subform may itself have a tab control! If it is absolutely essential for you to have nested tab controls then I suggest this is a way to achieve it. But think very carefully first whether it's worth the effort; are there not other options?

What exactly are you trying to do? I hinted that this is not a straightforward solution.
