    Form Drop down box

I am using a form and subform to lookup a record in Access 2003 table. If the data is already populated it displays in the subform. If not, it populates 2 data elements and user updates the rest. This all works great...except 1 issue. I was providing a drop-down selection box for 1 data element and when a record does not already exist, it works fine. However, if a record already exists and that field has data in it, it is showing blank. This is probably some property setting I am missing, but I am getting frustrated

    Thanks!

Is the combobox in a Continuous or Datasheet form? Is the combobox multi-column? Is the combobox RowSource dependent on another value?

Post code and combobox properties for analysis. If you want to provide db, follow instructions at bottom of my post.
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.
