Possible to create Form for creating queries?

I don't think Access has this, but it would be nice to be able to create a Form that could create queries. For example, a text box that could take a value that could be entered into a WHEN statement, or a date range for a BETWEEN statement. Would this be possible?
I don't mind writing a query and then creating a report from it, but one couldn't ask some one with no experience in SQL to do it.
