Make a form for table data entry

    Dear all,

I have a small problem with access. Know it's probably really simple but I just can figure it out.

I have a table from which I created a form. No i want to create another form, based on this form, which I can use to data enter new records into my tables... Anybody some suggestions on this?

    Dear Regards, Marc

By default, if you create an Auto Form from a table, not only will it show you the data currently in the table, but will also allow you to enter new records.
If you want it to only allow new record entry, go in to the Properties of the Form and set the "Data Entry" property to "Yes".
