    Making records appear automatically every year.

    Hello again! I'm building a database which is to be used as a reminder of certain jobs to be done. These jobs happen every year and I was wondering if there was a way of having records appear automatically once entered.

    Also, certain jobs occur every quater and if someone can help me with this additionally I would be extremely grateful.
