newbie needs dynamic query created in access 2010

I created a database that has gotten pretty big. as I am not a DBA and more of a general IT guy, I am now asked to create a query that could take any number of field answers (picked from table / drop down) and display the results.

    kinds of like..

pick state (after picking state from drop down, I could enter another field to drill down further)
pick provider ( after picking provider from drop down, I could enter another field to drill down further)
pick city ( after picking city, the result would be a form (or just result in table view) showing only the ones that meet the above criteria.)

I am just not good at this stuff.. simple query's.. OK.. but this dynamic query thing is over my head.. seems fairly easy but over my head.

can anyone point me in the right direction?

I am not looking to "learn" Access further but rather just find out how to do what I need to do.

    Thanks.
    Pete
