    Inserting photos as records in access 2003

    Hi


    I have created a tabel in access 2003 which has information about employees and i have to put even their photos as records so i can see them in a report that i have created too.can anyone help me because i am having difficulties in doing it.

    What difficulties? What have you tried? Do you have code? Do you get error messages, wrong results, nothing happens?

    i have tried with aol type of files but it shows me only the icon

    What is 'aol type' of files? Some image formats cannot be displayed in Access, pdf is one.

    AOL is a the type that you select when you are designig a table.but it only shows me the icon and when i double clik it opens the photo.i want the pphoto to be displayed in the report for each employee.Is it possible or access cant do that.

    I still don't understand what AOL means. This is the image file name extension (never heard of it)? The statement "You select it when you are designing a table" means nothing to me. Designing a table where? Select AOL from what menu?
