    Why is the dialog box only appearing for some and not others?


    I have built an Access 2007 database with a search function. The form opens and a dialog box prompts the user to enter the policy number to retrieve the record. I have about 20 users and 4 are not getting the dialog box prompt. I have checked and they are all on the same version of Access and I have checked Macro settings for each machine. Can anyone offer a suggestion why this dialog box isn't working for a certain few?

    When apps run fine on one machine and not on another, or run fine in one version and not when run under a newer version, one the first thing you have to think about are missing references.
