Printing a Form from a Navigation Form

Like correspondents before me, I have the problem that when attempting to print a Form (selected from a Navigation Form) it results in only what is displayed on the screen, ie the Navigation buttons and the first page. The answers I have seen refer to vba fixes which I don't understand. Surely something simple could be included in the relevant Properties box to produce a Print Preview from which the complete Form can be printed.
    Thank you.

I'm not sure I understand your gripe. You've found a solution, but now you want a second one? You're like the starving man who refuses a free meal because it isn't what you're used to eating.

If you don't want to use VBA, then redesign the form so it fits on a single page. Otherwise, use the VBA. If you don't understand it, ask for clarification on the parts that confuse you.

Being a Geriatric I have no idea how to use vba in Access, so I do not have a first solution. I have developed my Access database using the forms, reports, macros etc and tickling the Properties boxes as required. The type of form I need to print via the Navigation Form is A4 size of several pages, they print out satisfactorily when accessed from the lh navigation page or when using Switchboard. But using Access 2010 Navigation form instead of the earlier Switchboard means the printout includes the button at the side and has only page 1. I fail to see why 2010 Nav Form doesn't do it simply like the old Switchboard.

    Don't bother. I've cracked it!

Anybody know how he cracked it? (I know it's late but searched and searched and haven't found an answer. Heard MS says reports can be used on tabs, but I do see that they are then on forms and don't see a simple way around it all for print preview, report view and all....) 8-)
