    Relationship issue on my form

Hi all i might be being silly here but something is not working the way it did before, i have a table "sample" and a second table "recipe" i created a relationship between "sample - code" and "recipe - Description" when i created a form based on "sample" it did at one point return in the "description" field the data from the "recipe" table when i entered the "code" but now it doesn't. I cant see what i have changed to stop this from working.

Any ideas would be most helpful.

Explain the a relationship between "sample - code" and "recipe - Description". Is This One-Many type.If Yes than you can create a form with raw source sample and subform of recipe. Use Master Child relationship in subform
Is above info is suitable to you?

I have many samples with the same description so yes a one to many. I have a form already created using the Sample table just need one box with the description to be returned when i enter the Sample code. i am unsure what is ment by Master Child Relationship.

Here is an article that should help with basic concepts and relationships. You can search for parent if you want just that specific point.
