    Design View Locked

The forms, reports etc in an Access 2003 database are locked. When I right click to open the form in Design View nothing happens.
Is there an option I can check or uncheck, so I will be able to open the form in design view?
Has it something to do with User Permission? How Can I change them?

What is the extension on the data base file? If it's mde or accde, you can't modify the design.

Not sure then; is the second to last post here relevant?
