Form and Subform not linked

Let me start with I'm new
I'm having an issue with a form and subform nolonger being linked. I'm taking an old 2003 database for tracking PO's and rewriting it to track RFQ's everything has worked fine until I started changing the table, report etc. names to say "Request for Quotes" or "RFQ" depending on how it was written for the PO's. I have noticed that I still have a ME code reading " Me.Purchase_Orders_Subform" but that sub forms name is now Request For Quotes Subform, I tried to change it to "me.Request_for_quotes_subform" but no luck with that.

Hi -

If the name of the subform has changed, you need to change the Source Object property on the main form control containing the subform. The name of the control itself can be left as it is.

Hi,
I could not find "source Object Property" on the main forms propertys sheet
Not sure if this matters but the subform has a query as a record source as well

Hi -

The property you need to change is not a property of the main form. The subform is contained in a Subform control on the main form. The Source Object is a property of that subform control.

In the main form design view, click once somewhere in the subform - the little black "handles" will indicate that the control has been selected. Open the property sheet for the control, and you will see the "Source Object" property near the top of the list.
