    Editable & viewable form

I have built a search form and try to distribute to the users. The search form can edit the data. I would like to give this version to the one who need to add and edit the data and the rest just view the data only. Can someone give me guidance how to change the form to view the data only. Thanks!

Check the options available on the data tab of the form's properties.

    Paul,

Thanks for your advice. I changed Allow Additions, Allow Deletions & Allow Edits to No from Yes. It works. I saw a parameter, Data Entry that is set to No by default. What is the meaning of no data entry? The form before I made the change is able to enter a new record and edit the record.

If you hit F1 with the cursor in that field, you should get context sensitive help to explain the property.
