    Printed version is different than the preview


    Hello,
    I have a database programed by someone which has different section spattered by rectangles/ boxes
    When I do print preview everything looks good but when I print the document, the rectangles/boxes disappears. Why and what can I do

    I click on the image in your post and nothing happens.

    Controls have a DisplayWhen property. Perhaps this setting is managing whether the control borders display in print.

    OK so what should i tell the programmer to check?

    For start, check out the DisplayWhen property of each control on the report.

    Also, the BorderStyle property. If it is set as Transparent then box outline should not show regardless of the output mode.
