    Unhappy parts inventory in access 2007

    hello everybode,
    im a newbie in access but willing to learn.
    i just like to make a db for parts inventory tracking.
    but i dont know where to start.
    im trying to look for a sample here.
    please help me make 1.
    provide me example that i can modify for my need.
    i just need a data base that will be shown in form view
    that have a button to click for good look.
    the format will be :
    1.part number:
    2. description
    3. quantity on hand
    thats it
    and i just need that in the form there will be button for adding and subtracting quantity that will subtract to the stock on hand.
    hmmm
    and i just need it in main menu that there will be a few button to cklick
    to open the form in each category
    just need the form and the code that will open the db and i will be the one to figure it out and modify.
    i also need a button for there with querry that when i type the part number it will show the details of the parts and history
    hoping for all youre help guys..
    please help me
    sample provided by all of you will be a help.
    and i will try to figure it out and try to modify

    Inventory is not a trivial subject, and is considered "advanced" by many.
    You need to deal with and understand some database basics. Getting your table structures correct is key to the rest of database activity (forms/queries...).
