    CrossTab Queries

    Hi,

In MS Access 2010 I have a Table with fields such as Date, Item_Desc,M3,TON. I need to represent the data in a report in the following fashion.
Date: Item_Desc will be column heading such as Pen, Pencil, Rubber, it should look like below

    Date: Pen Pencil Pen Pencil
    1-1-12 12 TON 10 TON 8 M3 6 M3
    2-1-12 50 TON 40 TON 40 M3 30 M3

I hope i am clear with my requirement.

Do let me know the easiest way.

You said the column headings would be Pen, Pencil, Rubber but the example shows Pen Pencil Pen Pencil so your requirements are not clear.
