    Question count with conditional

    hi dear,

    i have a question that can i count in report with conditional itself?
    example in excel we can count what i mean with "countif" but how about access?its possible?

    AFAIK Access does not have the CountIf function but there are tricks you can do with reports. I usually add an invisible TextBox with a formula as a ControlSource. Something like =IIF([YourControl] = "Whatever",1,0) then you can sum this invisible TextBox for the results.
