Prob with getting data into a report / table

    Hi All

I have a customer database which holds most of my customer data.

Within this table a user can put a Yes/No in a box and a date next to it, this can be done for six cases per client.

What I want to do is add all the dates togeather eg all of April's and then all of May's and have a chart which shows this information, any ideas as have been trying to sort this for a couple of days.

So to keep it simply, I have six date fields per client record and all I want to do is add all the Jan's. Feb's,April's and add this into a chart

Don't understand the data structure. Doesn't sound normalized. Provide example or the project for analysis. Follow instructions at bottom of my post.
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.
