    Cool Creating a command button

First I am a Newbie to Access 2003

I have created a form which I will call the Mainform and it inputs data to table1

I wish to draw a command button which when clicked will pull up a sub form for more
    entries into table1

I think this can be done but how

Why would you need subform to enter data into the same table as the main form? Why not enter on main form? Do you want to provide project for analysis? Follow instructions at bottom of my post.

Its not every day that I need to enter ALL the data--
I wish to call up the subform on those occasions when I need to and to keep the main form
as uncluttered as possible. I am working on the main form at the moment and once I can call up the sub form from a command button I will start designing the subform when I am happy with the main form

Consider the tab control on main form. Can organize the controls so the most used on first tab, other tabs for less used. The alternative you want requires code and can cause issues because opening two forms to the same record is like two people trying to edit same record.
