    Hide Subtotals in Pivot Table

    Hello, everyone,

How can I hide Subtotals in Access 2003 Pivot Table (not Excel)? Spent an hour trying to figure out that.

    Thanks in advance.

    Thank you very much, June7.
I saw that link before. The "SubTotal" button they are referring to is actually the "Show Details" button. But I found out that there is a "Subtotal" button but it was inactive because I was selecting the data containing cells not the field itself.
    This did the trick.
    Thanks again.
