Inventory control database

Hi I just joined this forum because I need help urgently...I just started to work in this new company in Saudi Arabia and the need someone to control inventory. Our company receives Materials from one supplier and distribute to around 20 subcontractors. I need an inventory program or some help how to use access to accomplish that. I need to track how much materials received and how many given away to each subcontractor and how much left and so on...

really urgent and needs help

I have Access 2003 and it comes with an inventory control database with the templates, it may come with other versions too.

Inventory template is readily available with Access 2010.
