    subform background colour

    Hi,
    how do change the colours of a subform..it changes in design view by using the fill icon in the home tab but when you go back to form view its still white.

    It sounds like your sub-form is in Datasheet view; you cannot change the background color when the form is in datasheet view.

    Change the form to continuous forms, and arrange the controls to simulate a datasheet view. Then you can change background colors.
