Combo Cascade with a twist on autofill

Tell me if this can be done.

I know how to do cascading combo boxes. But I think this is different. For an example: When I enter the building number I want the FSL, Commander, Inspector & District to auto populate with what is assigned in the table. I don't want to allow the user to overwrite the autofilled combo boxes because it would mess up their search. At the same time if they do not have a building number I want them to be able to provide alternate criteria in the FSL, Commander, Inspector or District which I will control with cascasing combo boxes. In a nutshell the only combo box that would autofill the others is the building number.

Would have to use code to fill the comboboxes and disable them. Actually, if search is on building number, the other values are not needed, don't bother filling the comboboxes. Then after the search procedure, reset all the comboboxes back to enabled.
