i want to show description when i write the code

hi eveerybody

i have items table that table contains 3 fields and that first table

item code
item description
unit of qauntity

second table called in table and contains 6 fields :

date
item code
item description


unit of quantity
in quantity (that quantity supplied to the store)
unit price

and i made relationship between item code in first table and item code in second table

i want to make a form to second table and i need when i write item code in item code field ( in the form) display the item description and unit of quantity automaticly in the form and recorded in the second table
