Report not created for new id

Recently I released my first access-build system. For the most part it works really well, except for one thing that I can't seem to figure out. Since the last release (2 days ago) there is one report that is causing problems. Logically, for each Id a new report should be created. For this report however, a new report has not been created. A blank report shows up if the printbutton is hit, and looking at the preview mode of the report, there isn't a report for the last record at all. Does anyone know what the problem could be? Just found the solution. One of the form fields had not been filled (dropdown list, points to another table) en somehow that is why no report was created. I have no idea why that link was there, but it works, so...
