    Send Form without Access installed

    Hey there,

I have a question that I hope you can answer me.
I have a form that I need to send to different people for them to fill. I know I can block everything and let them see and fill exactly what I want and they don't need to know how to work with access. The problem is that they may not have Access installed. Is there a way to send them this form without them needing to install access? Something freeware.

I've never done this so if anyone can help me I appreciated a lot!
    Thank you for your help!

Access 2007 introduced a new functionality that uses emails to send request for user to fill-in data and then reply to submit the data and Access automatically pulls the data from the email. It is a wizard called Collect Data.

With 2002 I expect this will require significant VBA code effort, maybe using a bookmarked Word document.

I don't know if there is a third party add-in that provides this.

    Dear June,

Thank you for your reply. I still wasn't able to test it, but I have seen a demo video and it might work. This was for work and here we only have office 2002 , but I will try to send it from my personal computer.

I hope I can send it in the form way as I wanted. I'll have to try! Thanks for your help!

If you are offering the path to install something, have you considered downloading the access runtime, its free, you only need full access to create, to run you just need the runtime.

    I hope this helps!
