    How about only giving users an ACCDE file?

    Nope! The ac2007 equivelent of an MDE. Save as...

    Dear ruralguy,...can u explain little bit more about how to do that...I'm a layman business user, NOT a programmer im still learning MS access...

    Under the Database Tools tab on the right side of the ribbon is "Make ACCDE".
