I am running into a little roadblock in my current events database and was hoping one of the pros here can point me in the right direction. What I would like to do is create an email template in Access that can easily be copied/pasted or exported into the body of an email document.
As of right now, once an event is setup in the database, I have a button that pulls a report which has a default email template, including an invitation paragraph and all of the event info below it, that can be email blasted out to all of the employees. However, the only way I can figure out how to email the template is to either have it attached as a file on the email or have the person preview the report, click on the export report to a word doc, then have them open the doc and copy/paste the content into the email. Is there any way to bypass all of this and have all of the content in the report pasted directly into the body of an email with one button? Any help on this would be appreciated. Thanks!
