not to show previous-next

Hello
1. Is there a way not to hide everything except for the data from the subforms? I mean not to show the next and previous and search icons att he bottom.
2. To prevent confusing my very confused user is there a way to prevent showing the filtering options (the black triangular thing next to field name) on sub forms column headings?

First time I am using access.
