Problems with embedded subforms

2 problems for your consideration...!

(i) I have embedded a tabbed, sub-form in to my main database form.


However, as soon as I scroll to the bottom of the main page Access crashes and throws me out.

(ii) I have 19 tabbed forms in the lower half of the screen sub-formed into these 19 tabs.
After I create about 6 the tabs don't overlap neatly and you can see those which should be behind others!

Is any of this connected to the fact I have deleted headers and footer sections and the 'controls' that I am told are also being lost...?!

So frustrated by this!

Unfortunately, I am not sure how I did it!
I deleted off the last form I embedded into a tabbed form, rebooted the computer and the overlapping seemed to stop! This happened twice.
Not sure why the computer kept crashing - I ran diagnostics and that didn't identify any problems.
Although no longer a problem at this time I would be interested to hear how anyone else has resolved this or can explained why it occurred in the first place.
