Do you mean you wish to remove the duplicates? Or do you mean you wish to only show records that have duplicate values?

Regardless, you may be able to use the find duplicates query wizrd to figure out what you need.

From the database window>Queries, click on the 'New Query' button at the top of the Queries pane. A window should popup with some query wizard options. Choose the Find Duplicates Query Wizard and follow the instructions. If you get stuck, post back with some more details about what you're trying to do, what you've tried so far, and someone will likely help you figure out what you need to do from there.
