How to make the area between header and footer bigger

How can I make the space in between the form header and footer bigger after the fact?

I'm new to Access. I created a form and now I want to go back and add a few fields. How can I make that space bigger so that there's room for the fields? The footer band is currently inhibiting my ability to add new fields.

In design mode just hover over the top of the Footer and click and drag it down.
