    Form in Print Preview

I design a form, and when I print it or view it in preview, there is a blue shade on every other page. What is causing this? Thanks!

It has to do with a setting for displaying alternating rows I believe. But the big question is why you are using a form for printing when they are not the best tool for printing. Reports are meant for printing, and forms are for interacting with data, not designed for printing so you have limited options when it comes to printing forms.

Bob, thanks! That was it, alternating back color! No wonder you're MVP.
