    Status (yes/no)

Is there any way in the design view of a table to make it so that only one record out of a group of records can be selected yes. To be able to run my reports properly only one can be selected. Other people using the database have a hard time remembering to deselect one if they select another. Thanks.

On a table no. Not knowing the makeup of your data, there are other options you could try though. For instance let's say had three choices, morning, afternoon, evening and you only wanted one of them to be checked. On your table you would not have 3 separate fields each as a yes no, you would have one field with three choices. On a table you could then create a lookup to a timeofday table so the users would just have to put in the first letter of the time of day for it to populate.

If the table is displayed in a Continuous Form, only *one* record can be the CurrentRecord and you can Highlight that CurrentRecord.
