    Database corrupted?

I have built a database but every few days one of the forms will not open. I have not had any trouble with any of the tables or queries. Just the forms. I never get any error messages or anything. The form will simply not open. And it is not the same form, in fact, it has been four different forms. Each time I start a new database, import all the old ojbects from an earlier version and then the database will be fine for a few days. Until another form just won't open. This happens simply when I am entering data. I am not writing code or trying to change to actual format. Just simply entering info. Then, once I save it, nothing happens. I have already turned off the Name AutoCorrect check boxes and turned off the Record-Level Locking function. I'm the only one editing the database, there are no other users. At this point I'm not even sure if the database is corrupted of if I'm just doing something horribly wrong. If anyone has any suggestions I would really appreciate it.

I have xp and acc2003. If you post a copy of your mdb, I'll take a look.
