    Query Exporting to Excel

    hey,

i am trying to export my query data to an excel spreadsheet, but when i do the date/time gets auto formatted from "5/07/2011 8:12:59 AM" to "5-Jul-11".

i know how to change the format back in excel, but for the average user this would be an inconvenience...so is there some way to export it to excel and keep the date/time formatting so the time is still shown and can be saved?

using SQL queries not design view

    cheers
