    Help with a project, please!

So I am also among the others that are new to Access, so please excuse my ignorance. I have a form that tracks the process of current jobs. I want to an option button or something for when the job is completed. Once checked, is it possible to make the data for that job move to a "completed job" form or query?

Most common is probably to have a "Status" field, with whatever options are appropriate to your needs. Then the same form can open any record.
