Does anyone know a good way to find the last qry that updated a table?

I've inherited a rather large Access DB with many tables,forms, reports, and queries. I need to duplicate a process, but I'm having trouble finding the update qry that creates new records in a table.

I could write my own, but I am trying to create an exact duplicate so I'd really like to see the code that creates the new records for a specific table.

Can anyone recommend a good 3rd party documenter?

I 2nd Hitechcoach's recommendation. I've used the FMS Analyzer in the past. Be aware though that it does make changes to your application (for documenting things - not anything that would affect the coding itself) but you can retrieve documentation on pretty much anything regarding queries, code, forms, etc...
